Welcome to Citizen Coin, the coin of the internet's citizens.

We hereby announce, citizencoin.io, the coin  for world's internet citizens. 

 What does this mean? 

It means, citizencoin.io is a coin to represent the values of the world's citizens. 

These values, are democratic, fair and equitable. 

What does that mean? 

It means that citizencoin.io will implement a blockchain solution that will ensure: 

1. no small number of entities (individuals or organisations) will own the majority of the coin (The problem with Dodgecoin). 

2. No geo-political territory will control too much of the mining power (The problem with Bitcoin) 

3. No one will be able to hide their wealth through numerous pseudo identity addresses (The problem with all blockchains currently).

To achieve this, we will set up a blockchain implementation, where a trusted autonomous organization will request, verify and privately secure the identity of each citizencoin.io client and issue them with a unique ID, that can be linked to each citizen coin address set up. 

Each individual client entity must be linked with an organization client entity, to show the nature of connection. This identity will be kept secured and private and in accordance with the geo-political laws of the client's country and international law. 

Each confirmed identity can then be linked to the citizencoin.io addresses set up. 

 This means, no single confirmed entity can control; 

1. More than 2% of citizencoins wealth. 

2. Mining, associated with entities  linked to geographic location. 

 Citizencoin.io will put in place mechanisms to ensure that mining and the blockchain will be fairly balanced across geo-political territory.
